Bring Your Own...

• Outdoor seating: chairs, mats, blankets, etc.

• Sun & heat protectant: sunscreen, hats, fans, etc.

• Water bottle: we won't have many water refill stations, stay hydrated.

Purchasing Food & Goods

• Many of our vendors use Zelle and cash. Some also use Venmo.

• It may be convenient to have these accounts beforehand so you can relax and enjoy the food.

Venue, Art, Instruments

• LAGF will be held at the Indonesian Consulate in LA!

• Please be respectful of the space, the art, and the decorations.

• Heavy and large instruments may be moved between sets–please stay clear of gamelan movers so they can move instruments safely.

• Please do not climb or touch any of the art, decorations, and instruments–these pieces are valuable and delicate!​​

• If you have children, please keep an eye on them at all times.

  • Please note that festival doors will remain open and we are expecting 700-1000 attendees each day.

  • Please make sure your mini-mes are not climbing onto the stage, on instruments, and on decorations.

  • We want to make sure all the little ones stay safe!
